A pot roast crock pot recipe is always a hit with the family.

Ingredients:
2-3 pounds Chuck Roast
16oz mild salsa
1 Med onion chopped
1 table spoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons cumin ground
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 crock pot

Method:
Place chuck roast in crock pot.

Add salsa, chopped onion, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, cumin salt & pepper.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.

Meat will be very tender.

Thanks Cindy

Pot roast seems to be a favorite of many and the crock pot is an ideal way to cook it.

I can see with your recipe you could vary it with different flavors of salsa - it's always fun to have recipes you can alter easily.
