This recipe does sound great to try on a brisk autumn afternoon! Neil and I will make this one when we need to warm our bones.

Autumn Crock Pot Pork Loin Recipe
1 non seasoned pkg. 2-2.5 pound pork loin
1 can of chicken broth
1 can of diced peeled tomatoes (do not drain)
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of Thyme
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 bay leaves
1 tsp Marjoram
1 tsp of Rosemary
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp of pepper
dash of salt
Place pork loin in crock pot cover with chicken broth.
Add all ingredients together cook on low 6-8 hours.
Stir occasionally to mix seasoning.
Goes great with baked sweet potatoes and steamed greens.
Great fall recipe to get you in the mood for the changing season.
