A quick and easy Beef Stroganoff Crock Pot Recipe, with just a few ingredients from your cupboard.

1-1/2 pounds stew beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
3 Tbsp. water
8 oz. sour cream

Combine everything but the sour cream in the crockpot.
Cook on high 4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours.

Stir in sour cream, breaking meat up with spoon.

Serve over noodles.

You can also freeze this. When ready to use just thaw and reheat!

Thank you so much for this! I used your recipe for my homework on the culinary class. I brought the dish and the essay where I had to write how I cooked. I had to create a story imagining that some product from the recipe is missing and I had to substitute it. That was a funny task for me.
