Michelle had sent us an email asking us for a recipe.
Old rival recipe for Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes, ingredients included cheese crackers; hash brown potatoes; cream of celery/chicken soup.
I don't have a stash of old crock pot recipes, so I put it out to you our visitors.
And two of you sent me the same recipe, so I think this is it Michelle.

Crock Pot Cheesy scalloped Potatoes
(This is for Michelle who lost Rival Crockpot recipe..found this one in my old Rival book.)
1 pkg 16 (oz) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 cup milk
1 can (10 3/4) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 small green bell pepper, cut into small pcs
1/2 cup margarine or butter melted
1/4 cup dried chopped onions
2 Tsp chopped pimientos
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup cheese cracker crumbs, divided
Lightly grease crockpot.
Stir together margarine, onions, hash brown potatoes,
cream of mushroom soup, milk, cheese, green pepper, pimiento, black pepper and
1/2 c. cracker crumbs.
Transfer to Crock-Pot.
Top with remaining cracker
crumbs.
Cover and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours. Serve.
