Country Crocked Pork Chops Recipe

Delish is right! This recipe sounds perfect for any family event. Neil and I want to try this recipe next time we have company.

Country Crocked Pork Chops Recipe
-Cut Pork Chops (with bone in) (6 to 8)
-Sweet Onions (4 large)
-Catsup (as needed)
-Honey Barbecue Sauce (2 bottles)
-Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)
-Basil (as needed for rub)
-Garlic Salt or powder (as needed for rub)
-pepper (as needed)
-Rub pork with Basil, garlic salt and pepper & refrigerate for 1 hour.
-Cut onions in to slices like you would for hamburgers and season them with brown sugar and marinate with barbecue sauce for one hour.
-After refrigerating remove and place in the crock pot which has 1/4 cup of water.
-Arrange one row of pork chops covered with a topping of catsup then onions.
-Repeat until the crock pot is full making sure that the top row is onions.
-Cook for 4 hours or until done.
