Creamy Crock Pot Mac & Cheese

2 cups elbow macaroni
4 T. butter, cut in pieces
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup sour cream
3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. white pepper
1/2 t. dry mustard
Boil macaroni for 7 minutes and drain.
Spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine remaining ingredients in crock pot, stir and turn on low setting. Add cooked and drained noodles and stir well.
Cover and cook for 3 hours on low, stirring every hour.
Mac & Cheese - good with anything!!
Yes Mac and cheese is good with everything and especially good when you can make it in the crock pot :-)
I like the addition of the parmesan cheese - should give it a nice bite.
