Judy makes this recipe when she's in a hurry, and Neil and I are excited to try this one while sipping cool drinks in the shade.
Country Style Pork Ribs
1 med to small Yellow Onion
salt & papper to taste
Your favorite bottled BB-Q sauce
The amount of meat depends on the size of your crock pot.
Put the meat in the crock pot.
Cut up the onion in large chunks and place over the meat.
Pour in the whole bottle of sauce.
Cook on high 4 hours to 5 hours* or low 6 to 8 hours.
Shred the meat with a fork and serve on hamburger buns or serve in chunks with your favorite side dish.
You can use a pork shoulder, beef, or a cut up chicken.
You can put the meat in the pot frozen but need to adjust the cooking time.
I have done this in a hurry on the way to work and it is just great!
