Savory Tomato Beef Stew Crock Pot Recipe

| Ingredients |
| 1½ lbs (750g) |
cubed beef (1 inch cubes) |
| 3 tbsp |
all-purpose flour (plain) |
| ½ tsp |
paprika |
| 1 |
onion - diced |
| 13oz (400g) |
can crushed tomato |
| 3 tbsp |
white wine vinegar |
| 1 tbsp |
worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tbsp |
tomato ketchup |
| ½ tsp |
salt |
| Method |
| 1. |
Combine flour and paprika in a plastic bag. |

Add beef to bag and shake gently until meat is coated. |
| 3. |
Put the beef in the crock pot, retaining the left over flour mixture. |

Add the onion to the crock pot |
| 5. |
Combine all other ingredients (except the salt) with the flour in a bowl. |

Pour over the meat. |
| 7. |
Cover and cook for 8-10 hours on Low OR 4-5hours on High. |

During last ½ hour of cooking add the salt and possibly more paprika, to taste. |

Serves 4-6
Delicious with mashed potato and steamed vegetables.
