Crock Pot Cheesy Ham and Potatoes Recipe

Neil and I love everything to do with ham and cheese, especially when it's hot from the crock pot!

Crock Pot Cheesy Ham and Potatoes Recipe

2 cups chopped ham/ham steak
3 cups cubed potatoes
1 can cheddar cheese (condensed) soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 cup milk
1.5 cups shredded cheese
salt/pepper to taste
seasoned bread crumbs (to taste for topping)

Add all ingredients to crock pot and stir.

Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.

Sprinkle on bread crumbs just before serving.
