Chilli cheese dip - I use my tiny 1 quart crock pot for this one. You can do this 2 different ways.  Crock Pot Chilli Cheese Dip - 1 1 can of prepared chili (we like no beans) and 1 pkg cream cheese cubed Put the cubed cheese in crock and pour chili over it. Stir every 30 min or so until the cheese is melted and blended with the chili. Serve with tortillas chips. Crock Pot Chili Cheese Dip - 2 1 can of prepared chili and about 1 1/2 cups cubed velveeta (approx. measure, I just fill up the crock) Put the cubed cheese in crock and pour chili over it.
