Sweet Lemon Corned Meat

| Ingredients |

piece corned meat (make sure it will fit in your crock pot) |
| ˝cup |
white vinegar |
| 2 tbls |
golden syrup |
| 1 |
lemon (cut in half) |
| Method |
| 1. |
Put meat in the crock pot. |
| 2. |
Pour in the vinegar. Add the lemon halves, no need to squeeze. |
| 3. |
Pour the syrup over top of the meat. |
| 4. |
Fill crock pot with water, so that just covering the meat. |
| 5. |
Cook for about 4–6 hours on high and 8–10 hours on low. |

Serve with steamed vegetables and white sauce
