Crock Pot German Recipe

This Crock Pot German Recipe has been sent to us by Christine and it sounds very german with sausages and Saurekraut.
It certainly does sound delicious and it is fantastic to find an authentic international recipe.

German Brat's And Kruat Recipe
Any Good Brat (Johnsonville Works Good)
Saurekraut
Potatoes
Celery Seed
Egg
Margarine
Sugar
Salt And Pepper
Vinegar (White)
Green Onions
Partly Cook Potatoes And Skin and cut into cubes.
Layer Brat's In The Bottom of Crock Pot.
Combine the cubed potatoes, and finely grated cabbage and put in crock pot.
Mix 1/4 Cup Sugar, 1/4 Cup Vinegar,1/8 Tsp Celery Seed, Salt And Pepper together.
Mix 3 Tbs. Of Margaine With One Egg. And then add it to the vinegar mix.
Add Chopped Green Onion's, With Tops- and put on top of it all.
I Usually Cook It On Low For 8 Hours..

Good Working Crock Pot Recipe.. For People Who Leave For Work- And Come Home To A Good Dinner.
Also Good To Have Some Spicy Mustard On The Side, I Had This Dish In Germany.. And Make It
Atleast Once A Month.
