Crock Pot Ham Recipe

our wonderful contributer Terri explains here her two methods for making delicious ham for her family.

Boneless Ham - You can do this a couple of ways.

In a large oval crockpot I've had some hams that can fit in whole, just add water to fill the bottom 1/3 of crock.

Let cook on low 6-9 hours.

It is also good to slice the ham into ham steaks.

Layer them in the crock pot, with brown sugar, and pineapple juice. Let cook on low 6-9 hours.

If you find this is too much ham to eat in a couple of days, what I do is cube it and freeze it in 1 cup packages for use in casseroles.
