Crock Pot Macaroni Recipe

| 8 cups |
cooked macaroni or other pasta |

bacon rashes - rind removed and diced |

onion - minced or very finely chopped |
| 2 cups |
milk |
1 tin (13 oz/375ml) |
evaporated milk |

eggs - lightly beaten |
| 2oz/60g |
melted butter |
| 2 tbls |
vegetable Oil |
| 6 cups |
Cheese, grated - we used 4 of tasty (cheddar type) and 2 of parmesan |

| Method |

Place all ingredients into the crock pot and stir to combine. |
| 2. |
Cover and cook for 8-9 hours on Low OR 4-5 hours on High. |

Eat and enjoy |
| Notes |
Serves 6-8 as a meal
No need to fry bacon, though I suppose you could.
Serves heaps as a side dish
