Crock Pot Mexican Chili Recipe

  Neil and I both love the idea of adding corn chips to the top of this wonderful chili recipe!

Crock Pot Mexican Chili Recipe

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. spicy taco seasoning mix
1 can black beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 can no salt added chopped tomatoes
1 2-cup package of your choice of shredded cheese
Corn chips

Brown the meat with the seasoning mix.

In your crock pot layer the beans, corn and tomatoes, ending with the tomatoes.

Heat.

Top each bowl of chili with cheese and sprinkle with corn chips.

Use turkey for a healthier version.

Very high in fiber!
