Crock Pot Pasta Fagoli
1 lb (500g) - chopped stew meat (beef)
1/4 C - chopped onion (small)
1x16oz (450g) can diced tomatoes
3 stalks chopped celery
1/2 C - chopped carrots
1/2 package frozen chopped spinich
2 cubes chicken bullion
1 Tbs chopped garlic (about 3 cloves)
1 tsp chili powder
2 Tbs Parsley
2 Tbs Hot sauce (Texas Pete is what I use but what ever you like)
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz (230g) Detalini or elbow pasta
Add everything except the pasta in the crock pot, cover with water.
Cook on High for 3-4 hours. Add pasta 30 minutes prior to serving.
It sounds pretty tasty.
Just a quick question because I know everyone will ask me - I'm guessing it is uncooked pasta. Is it?
