This crock pot recipe sounds yummy! Neil and I look forward to trying it.

Crock Pot Pork Chop Dinner Recipe
10-12 small Red Potatoes ("New" potatoes) enough to cover bottom of crock pot
4-6 pork chops
3 cans chicken and rice soup
1/4 to 1/2 cup flour seasoned with black pepper and garlic powder
Wash but leave skin on potatoes.
Line the bottom of Crock Pot with potatoes.
Dredge chops in seasoned flour (easiest if done in a zip lock bag) then add on top of potatoes.
Add chicken and rice soup.
Cook on low for 6-8hrs or high for 3-4hrs.
To serve carefully remove chops and potatoes and place on platter.
Either cover platter with gravy or serve on the side.
To help keep the chops from falling apart you can brown them in a fry pan with a few table spoons of olive or canola oil after dredging but then add a teaspoon of flour to crock pot to thicken soup for gravy.
You can add more soup for more gravy add flour as needed to thicken.
You can thicken gravy more if needed after chops and potatoes have been removed.
You don't need to add the potatoes, but with the crock pot why not.
This recipe has been made with cream of chicken with out the flour but was not as flavorful.
