Crock Pot Sausage and Sauer Kraut Recipe

Neil and I are big fans of Sauer Kraut and we think that the apples in this recipe will give it a wonderful and unique flavor.

Crock Pot Sausage and Sauer Kraut Recipe

16 oz of Kielbasa Sausage
2 lbs of Sauer Kraut
4 green Apples
Garlic Clove
1/5 cup of Butter
Pepper
2 Cinnamon Stick

Spray crock pot with pam.

Add the sauer kraut.

Now add the butter in the center of kraut.

After adding the previous add the sausage in chunks.

Lightly add pepper then place the apple chunks face down on the top of the dish and add the cinnamon sticks by pressing them in the sauer kraut, cover to cook.

Cook for 3 to 4 hours on medium to high.

This dish is a great dish for throwing together quickly.

It's perfect because it doesn't take long or a lot of work to throw together.
