Crock Pot Shredded Pork

This could not be more easy or delicious!
1 Pork Butt or Pork Roast
1 cup water
1 tsp of each, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
1 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce (I use KC Masterpiece's Honey BBQ)
Rub the pork with the seasoning and place in the 1 cup of water in the crock pot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove from crock pot and shred with two forks.
Drain the water (and fat) from the crock pot.
Return shredded pork to crock pot and cover with bbq sauce.
Also, this freezes well!
Three ingredients plus water - that's super easy.
Sounds like a good recipe for a party - serve on rolls with salad.
When you return it to the crock pot with the sauce - how long do you normally return it for?
