Crock Pot Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Recipe

Neil and I plan to try this recipe at the next party that we host at our place. It sounds delicious!

Crock Pot Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas Recipe
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cooked and diced
1 pint sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cans(4oz) diced mild green chilis
12 oz shredded jack cheese
12 corn tortillas
Cut up tortillas in wedges about 6 per tortilla, fry these a few at a time in oil till slightly crisp.
Mix chicken, sour cream, soup, chilis and cheese together in a lg bowl.
Fold in tortilla chips ans dump it all into the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3.
This can be made with rice instead of tortillas but I like the tortillas best.
You may also sub. store bought tortilla chips but I don't think the flavor is as good.
