Crock Pot Succulent Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Recipe
|
|
|
This recipe sounds wonderful! The combination of stuffing and spinach inside the thin tenderloin makes my stomach growl and my mouth water! I'll have to make this recipe for my husband, Neil. He'll love it for sure.

Crock Pot Succulent Stuffed Pork Tenderloin Recipe
1 Pork tenderloin
2 cups raw baby spinach
1/2 cup Craisins Cranberry Flavored
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 box Pork Flavored Stovetop Stuffing
1 lg carton of chicken broth
Twine
Butterfly the pork tenderloin.
Pound with a mallot as thin as you can.
Prepare the stuffing according to package directions using the broth in place of the water and adding the craisins and walnuts.
As the package suggests, add a little more broth for a moister stuffing.
Spread spinach leaves across the tenderloin evenly.
Add the prepared stuffing in the center.
Roll lengthwise and secure with twine.
Place in crockpot and add chicken broth until it reaches about half way up the roast.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
ENJOY!
Notes
This is beautiful and perfect for guests!
