Crock Pot Sweet Onion Roast Recipe

Neil and I agree that this sounds like a wonderful roast recipe. We look forward to trying it!

Crock Pot Sweet Onion Roast Recipe

3-4 pound Chuck Roast
1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
1 can Ginger Ale (Vernors if can find it)
garlic cloves if desired

Place roast in Slow Cooker, add onion soup mix and a can if Vernors and cook on low 10-12 hours.

If you desire to use Garlic, add a couple diced cloves, or sweet garlic if available.

Any Ginger ale is fine but it just seems much better with Vernors if that is availble in your area.

It even works with a can of Dr Pepper!
