Crock Pot Turkey Breast

This site is full of crock pot recipes that Neil and I have tested BUT we have not tried this turkey recipe.

This recipe has been sent in by one of our visitors, Vicki from Canada.

"For Thanksgiving at work I made crock pot turkey breast. It was a big hit and yet so simple!"

Big Hit Crock Pot Turkey
1 boxed turkey breast (bone in) without stuffing
1/4c melted butter
any spices you like but no salt

Put turkey in crock pot, drizzle on the butter. sprinkle with the dry spices (I used fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder, pinch of red pepper flakes and cloves)

Cover and cook on high 4 hours

(I got it ready the night before then brought it to work to cook for lunch, the smells were great and it was so juicy that I was asked to redo for our New Year's Eve Night pot-luck.)
