The slow cooker or crock pot is ideal for vegetarian meals. Beans, pulses and grains all benefit from the slow cooking process. So do most vegetables. Neil and I are not vegetarain, however that does not mean we don't enjoy our veggies. Most of these dishes will be able to be eaten as a meal or as an accompaniment. |
