instant GRAVY MIX
VEGETARIAN MEATBALLS (eg SCHNEIDERS' AU NATUREL)

PLACE MEATBALLS IN THE CROCK POT.

BOIL CARROTS, ONIONS, POTATOES UNTIL SLIGHTLY SOFT.

ADD TO CROCK POT, KEEPING THE WATER.

ADD GRAVY MIX TO WATER & STIR TO MAKE A THIN GRAVY.

ADD TO CROCK POT.

COOK ON HIGH FOR ABOUT 2 HRS.

SERVE WITH CORNBREAD.
