16oz (450g) Frozen Ultimate Petite Mixed Vegetables (fm brand)
16oz (450g) Frozen Garden Blend Asian Style Vegetables (fm brand)
14oz (400g) Frozen Garden Blend Stir Fry with Asparagus (fm brand)
1 pound (500g) of Beef Stew Meat (fm brand)
0.87oz (25g) Onion Gravy season mix (McCormick brand)
2.5oz (70g) Crockery Gourmet Season Mix Beaf Flavor ADD 4 + 1/3 + 1/4 cups of water.
14.5oz (415g) can of sliced carrots (fm brand)
11oz (310g) can of corn & peppers. (fm brand)
15oz (430g) can of white potatos sliced (fm brand)
8oz (230g) can of mushrooms (fm brand)
Rinse off all canned vegetables first.
Then combine all ingredients into slow cooker in sequence as listed above.
Cover, cook either in 6 hrs or 10 hrs.
Ideal for a 5 and 1/2 qt. slow cooker.
What a great sounding one-pot meal and such an array of vegetables - it's a real beef and vegetable stew.
Of course for those who have fresh; you could easily use fresh vegetables instead of the frozen and canned.
