No Meat Lasagna in the Crock

1 lb Ricotta Cheese (I use the Fat Free)
1 large bag of the 3 Cheese shredded mix
1 16oz jar of Pasta Sauce (any flavor)
1 Small box lasagna sheets not cooked.
In the bottom of the Crockpot place 1/4 Cup of the sauce mixed with 1/8 Cup of water, next place one sheet of the dry lasagna, next put two (2) Tablespoons of the Ricotta Cheese try to push it down to make it go across the sheet, then sprinkle the shredded cheese mix, next put enough sauce to cover cheese always mixing the sauce with 1/8 C water, now start the process all over again. Ending with shredded cheese mix!
Cook on high for 3 - 4 hours until pasta is done.
Sound like an interesting crock pot recipe.
I'm sure everyone is going to come up with their own version of this - I think adding spinach leaves could be a good variation.
