Pat's Hearty Chili Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients:
1.25 Lb Ground Turkey (1 package)
1 can Tomato Paste
2 cans diced tomatoes
8 Oz V-8 Juice
1 1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
1 Large Chopped Onion
3 stalks Chopped Celery
2 Tbsp Chili powder
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 can Kidney beans
1 can Black beans
1 can Pinto beans
1 can corn
1 can olives
4 Tbps. Chili flakes (Can leave this off)
1 1/2 Cups red wine
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 Tbsps. Cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
3 Tbsp. cornmeal (mix in ½ cup cold water and slowly add)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Brown ground turkey.
Saute onions, celery and garlic.
Drain the beans.
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and mix.
Cook on low for 6 to 9 hours.
Notes
Serve with cornbread.
This recipe is for a large crock pot, decrease items if using a small crock pot.

Lots of ingredients but nothing that looks complicated - I like that! Most things one would have in the cupboard or could easily get.
And everyone needs a good crock pot chili recipe on hand.
