Pork Crock Pot Recipe

This Pork Crock Pot Recipe is delicious. The Pork just melts off the bone, is moist and stays succulent.

Neil came up with this recipe and what a job he did.

It's quick, easy and delicious - as usual.

Serve with roast or steamed vegetables and you have a wonderful healthy family meal.

 
 
 


Marsala Rack of Pork

Ingredients
1 rack of pork
½ cup marsala
2 tsp dijon mustard
6½ oz (200g) prunes
Method
1. Place rack of pork in crock pot.
2. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
3. Pour over the pork.
4. Cook on low for 8-9 hours.
Notes

     Delicious with roast vegetables.
