Neil and I love Swiss Chard! This recipe sounds excellent!

Crock Pot Roast Beef Potato Swiss Chard Stew Recipe
1/4 cup olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 lb. top sirloin roast
5 potatoes
2 tablespoons no salt seasoning (or bouillon)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup tapioca starch
Water to cover
2 cups swiss chard, chopped
Heat oil in saute pan, saute onion and garlic until light brown.
Transfer to crock pot. Cut up roast into 7 or eight chunks.
Add to crock pot.
Add potato , seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, add tapioca starch and water, whisk.
Pour into crock pot.
Stir well.
Place on slow cook in the morning, for dinner it should be done.
Check your crock pot for specific times.
Before serving add swiss chard.
Stir well.
Serves 5.
My family ate this for dinner the other day.
It's great to put in containers for lunch the next day.
It's economical too.
I use fresh Yukon gold potatoes or red potatoes.
In fact I dug up the potatoes that very day and made this stew.
My teens and husband loved the dinner.
I eat it with allot of pepper only because it's my favorite spice.
