Place on slow cook in the morning, for dinner it should be done.
Check your crock pot for specific times.
Before serving add swiss chard.
My family ate this for dinner the other day.
It's great to put in containers for lunch the next day.
It's economical too.
I use fresh Yukon gold potatoes or red potatoes.
In fact I dug up the potatoes that very day and made this stew.
My teens and husband loved the dinner.
I eat it with allot of pepper only because it's my favorite spice.
