Slow Cooked Pork Chops Recipe

This Slow Cooked Pork Chops Recipe was sent to us by Seth. Once again showing how easy it is to cook with the crock pot.

If you find pork chops a bit too fatty - either cut the fat off prior to cooking or just fry them off a little first.

I always find that pork chops become very tender and delicious when slow cooked.

Seth's Slow Cooked Pork Chops Recipe

8 thin pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can green beans
Salt
Pepper

Place pork chops in crock pot.

Add green beans.

Add both cans of soup.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix well.

Cook for about 8 hours on low power.

Notes
Don't add water to the soup, use the water from the green beans.

The pork comes out tender enough to cut with your fork.
