Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Beef Stroganoff is always a favorite and done like this in the slow cooker makes it even easier to cook.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
1 4oz can/jar of mushrooms
1tbsp. dried onions
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup dry cooking sherry
1 8oz. container sour cream
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1 bag of noodles, cooked
Method:
place beef, mushrooms, onions, garlic powder, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaf in crock pot.
pour in beef broth and sherry.
cover, cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours.
discard bay leaf.
if on low, turn to high.
mix sour cream, flour and water. stir about 1 cup of the hot liquid from the crock pot into sour cream mixture.
pour sour cream mixture into crock pot. stir to combine.
cover and cook on high 30 minutes.
serve over noodles.
