I'm new to crocK-pot cooking but at least i could suggest you this variation of
your crock pot oatmeal.
Croc-pot : Breakfast - Oatmeal with cranberries.
Just replace the raisin (sultanas) with dry cranberries and/or dates. I don't
try other dry fruits but i will soon.

Recipe for Oatmeal with Cranberries
1½ cups rolled oats
1/3 cup cranberries
2 cups milk
2 cups water
Place all the ingredients in your crock pot and give it a stir to combine. Put the lid on and cook on low for 4 to 4½ hours.
Use a timer so that is cooked when you wake up:-)
I think this recipe would also work well with goji berrys which are so nutritious and full of antioxidants.
