I thought this casserole would turn out watery, but it most definetly does
not!!
It's a little bit rich from the soup, and I've made it with cream of
mushroom, cream of chicken & cream of celery soups...could even try cheddar
cheese soup?
It've very easy, but I'd advise cooking for the shortest time
listed.

Cheesy Ham & Potato Casserole
Bottom Layer:
1 pkg (32oz) Frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed or shredded
1 tbsp dried chopped onion
salt to taste
1 carton (8oz ~ 250ml) Sour cream
1 can (10 oz)cream of chicken soup,condensed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped cooked ham
Topping:
1/4 cup melted margarine or butter
1 package (6oz) Commercial stuffing mix
Combine bottom layer & put into greased 4 1/2 - 6 quart crockpot.
Sprinkle stuffing mix over top & drizzle with butter.
Cover & cook on low heat 5-6 hours
or on high heat for 2 1/2-4hrs.
Makes 10-12servings
