Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipe

4-6 lb pork butt
Sliced onion to taste
1 bottle of beer or water
2 bottles Dinosaur BBQ sauce

Cut pork into pieces and trim some of the fat (leave some on for taste), add onions and beer to crock pot.

And let cook on low-med for about 6 hours.

Pork should fall apart.

Drain some of the liquid.

Shred pork and add BBQ sauce and let simmer for an hour or two.

Thanks Gretchen

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Recipes sure do seem to be popular - everyone seems to have their own version.

Yours does seem particularly easy and I'm sure everyone could use their own favorite beer and bbq sauce to make it their own.

Happy Cooking

Easy thing to do NEW

Yes, it's really very easy. I cooked it for my family. My hubby though didn't like it for the amount of fat. He doesn't like fatty food as he's a member of a Health Protection Society. I will reduce it for the next time.
