OK well this one is super easy and in my opinion it is beautiful!

Ingredients:
1 Rolled Lamb Loin Roast
1 Stick of Hot Pepperoni
1/2 Cup of Vegetable Stock

Thinly slice pepperoni.

Stuff the lamb with pepperoni.

Poor half a cup of stock in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Cook it for between 6 and 8 hours on low.

When you pull it out it should fall apart and the juices from the pepperoni will have soaked into the lamb.

This 3 ingredient slow cooker recipe sure does sound pretty good.

And if you did not like hot pepperoni, I think it would work fabulously with any salami (my favorite is a mild danish).
