Slow Cooker Meatballs

1 package meatballs (about 30)
1 cup pearl barley
3 cups water
4 tbsp low sodium beef boullion
1 package dry onion soup mix
cut up carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions
1 tsp pepper

Mix all but the meatballs and place in slowcooker.

Place meatballs in next and mix with the above.

Cook on low for about 6-7 hours and enjoy.

This is so easy to make, freezes awesome and has a lovely flavour. My husband just loves this and it makes great lunches to take out of the freezer.

Thanks Cindy

I've been meaning to try a recipe with pearl barley for a long time as I always thought it would go a treat in the slow cooker.

Happy Cooking
