Slow Cooker Stuffed Peppers for Kids

Ratio: 2 medium bell peppers to one can any brand meat ravioli.

Mash ravioli and stuff in peppers. Put the peppers into the crock pot.

Fill crock about half way up with water and "crock" for a few hours.

Serve with Parmesan cheese.

The result is a fancy meal even the kids will adore.

Goes great with garlic bread.

Thanks Al

Any recipe that gets the kids eating some vegetables has to be a good thing.

I presume that you "crock" on low???
