Sweet Pineapple Corned Beef Slow Cooker Recipe

I have tried many variations of Corned Beef (Silverside) and I believe this is by far the best.
4 liters (4.25 qt) Pineapple Juice
2 Kilogram (4 lb) Corned Beef. (Any size will do)
Place corned beef in the slow cooker/crockpot, tip in pineapple juice so the beef is covered.
Cook for 8 hours or more till it is falling apart tender.
You can also drizzle the corned beef with honey if you want it sweeter.
I usually cook mine for between 10 and 12 hours but 8 is enough.
Matty - so many recipes; I am impressed.
A crock pot silverside recipe is the easiest way to cook corned meat - I now only ever use my crock pot and never on the stove top.
I've never tried pineapple juice but I can see how this would be delicious - I will have to give this a try.
