Crock Pot Easy Pull Pork with Green Salsa Recipe
|
|
|
Neil and I like the idea to stuff all of that goodness into a burrito! What a delightful sounding recipe! We'll give it a try soon.

Crock Pot Easy Pull Pork with Green Salsa Recipe
4 lb Pork Shoulder (bone in or out)
1 large jar Salsa Verde - any brand
1 diced green pepper
1 diced red pepper
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a large crock pot place all the ingredients and cook on low for 10 - 12 hours.
After cooked, use 2 forks to shred the pork. (Remove bone if you used a bone in cut of pork)
Serve hot over rice or in a tortilla.
Sprinkle with cilantro.
Notes
This is such an easy recipe.
You can serve it over rice with a side salad, or pile it into a tortilla and serve as a burrito.
You can be creative by adding cheese on top or sour cream.
Prep time is about 10 minutes and everyone asks for seconds!
