Crock Pot Barbecue Stew Recipe

This recipe sounds lovely! It has everything a b-b-q lover needs! Neil and I will try this one for lunch sometime.

And serving it with cold slaw and chips - delicious.

Crock Pot Barbecue Stew Recipe

3 lb. stew meat
2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste

In slow cooker, combine all ingredients.

Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.

Stir to break up meat pieces.

Serve on buns.

Notes
This is a great sandwich fix meal.

I serve it with chips and cold slaw for a tasty comfort food meal.
