This sounds like a great dip recipe. We'll have to try this one at our next party. Everyone seems to love refried beans!
Now before everyone asks "What are refried beans?"
Refried beans (frijoles refritos) are pink beans, pinto beans, red beans that have been mashed then fried, often in lard. It is a traditional food for Mexican, Latin American and Southwestern United States cuisines.
