Cook in the crockpot on high until the room is filled with the fragrance of cinnamon and apples.
Hmmm! I can smell it alread. What a delightful thought to come home to kitchen smelling of cinnamon and apple.
Now I just know that I am going to get asked - what quanities? how much? - Well obviously enough to stull the quantity of apples. I will try this recipe sometime soon and give you a rough guide - I would say probably use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cinnamon per 4 apples.
This recipe is so unique, with it's use of tea. Neil and I love the combination of ingredients. We are very excited to try it!

Crock Pot Tea-Soaked Raisin-Stuffed Apples Recipe
Apples
Splenda (or sweetener of your preference)
Cinnamon
Raisins
Brewed tea
Butter or margarine spread
Core apples and arrange cored apples in the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix Splenda, cinnamon, and raisins.
Stuff the raisin mixture into the cored middle of each apple.
Add a dollop of butter or margarine on top of the now stuffed section of each apple.
Pour the brewed tea over each apple.
Cook in the crockpot on high until the room is filled with the fragrance of cinnamon and apples.
Notes
I have been known to add oatmeal to the raisin mixture or spices such as ginger, clove.
I might sometimes use a spice mixture like pumpkin pie spice (allspice) or apple pie spice.
The amount of Splenda I use depends on the type of apple and, well, my mood.
