Neil reckons that you can't go wrong when you add fresh garlic and mushrooms to any recipe! And as long as I also eat some garlic there is no problem - lol.
Now I must admit I was not really sure what a 'bella' mushroom was but after a bit of research:-
Bella Mushrooms are a dark cap mushroom that ranges in color from light tan to rich brown. They have an earthy, meaty flavor that distinguishes them from the White Buttons (Agaricus). If you prefer a milder flavor feel free to use white buttons instead.
Tyler’s Favorite Pork Ribs and Mushrooms Recipe
4 lbs pork short ribs
1 tbl olive oil
½ lb fresh baby bella mushrooms sliced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
Salt Fresh ground pepper
Salt, pepper and sprinkle garlic on ribs (both sides), put olive oil in skillet, heat on medium high, brown ribs on all sides.
In a large crock pot combine cream of mushroom soup and canned milk, add ribs slow cook in crock pot 4 to six hours.
One half hour before serving stir in mushrooms.
Serve over white rice.

Whenever I ask what he wants Nana to cook for dinner this is what he asks for.
It is simple, great tasting, everyone loves it, and it feeds a crowd of people!
